Many times we have small amount of leftover fruits and veggies. Mix it up for a smoothie or juice. Even google recipes with the ingredients you have left. You will be surprised what you can make.
Observe
Notice what are the foods that you throw away the most or expire before you use them. Make a list and have that in mind next time you go to the store.
